Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Kioku Brain doesn't work for you, here are your refund options.
1. Pro Monthly
- Full refund within 14 days of the most recent monthly charge.
- After 14 days, you can cancel anytime to avoid the next billing cycle, but the current period is non-refundable.
2. Pro Annual
- Full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal.
- After 14 days, no refund. You retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
3. Lifetime
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, no refund. Lifetime access remains active.
- If we sunset the Lifetime tier and shut down the service within 12 months of your purchase, you receive a pro-rated refund.
4. How to request a refund
- Open your dashboard → Account → Manage subscription (opens Stripe Customer Portal).
- For Lifetime or special cases, email support@kio-ku.com with your order ID.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
- Multiple refund requests from the same user may be denied at our discretion.
6. EU / UK / Japan consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including EU Distance Selling Regulations and Japan's 特定商取引法).
